The district’s classified employees will be paid for only those holidays that fall within their contracted work year. For example, 10-month employees (i.e. instructional aides) will not receive payment for the Fiesta Holiday in August since their work year does not begin until September. The information provided above is informational only. Holiday pay is subject to the then current policies and regulations set forth in Board Policy and Administrative Regulation 4262.
