The official copy of the Governing Board agenda is posted on the District’s website and at the main entrance of the School, 2243 Sycamore Canyon Road, Santa Barbara, CA 93108. The agenda is posted 72 hours in advance of a regular board meeting.  Agenda attachments are generally available for inspection on the District’s website. In the event of a Special Board Meeting, the agenda is posted 24 hours in advance of the meeting. 

The Governing Board of Directors of the Cold Spring School District is bound by the California Ralph M. Brown Act. The Act is found Section 54950 et seq. of the California Government Code. The California Attorney General's Office in 2003 published a Handbook for governmental entities to help understand and comply with the provisions of that Act.
